Most golf software was built for private members clubs, with handicapping and competitions at the centre and green-fee visitors as an afterthought. Pay-and-play and hybrid clubs run the other way round. Your day is walk-ups and online visitors, a busy range, and members alongside them, usually juggled across a paper diary, a card machine and a spreadsheet.
The other option is a tee-sheet network that fills your quiet times by taking a cut of your green fees or reselling your tee times. That is revenue and control off your first tee.
We built the opposite: dead-simple online booking, payment taken at the counter, and light-touch membership, with no commission on your green fees. You keep your prices, your tee times and your golfers.

Visitors and members book
Online bookings land on your tee sheet from your own website, guests paying by card as they book. Walk-ups are added at the counter in a couple of taps. Everything sits on one sheet, priced correctly.

The counter runs the day
One screen shows who is on, who has paid and where the gaps are. Take payment for walk-ups and the range, move a booking by dragging it, and block the tee for a society without anyone booking over it.

Cashing up is already done
Because payment is taken as you go, the takings for the day are totalled for you, card and cash, online and counter. Print the morning sheet, and there is nothing to reconcile by hand.

Do green-fee visitors need to create an account to book?
No. Visitors book and pay by card through guest checkout, with no login to set up. Paying up front means a no-show does not cost you the tee time. Members can have accounts, but a one-off visitor never needs one.
Do you take a commission on green fees?
No. There is no marketplace and no commission, and we never resell your tee times. Your monthly price is the price. On online card payments we add a flat 1 percent on top of Stripe standard fees, itemised, and that is the only charge.
Can members, visitors and the range go on one tee sheet?
Yes. Members, green-fee visitors, range sessions and buggy hire all sit on the same sheet, colour-coded and priced correctly. The counter reads the whole day at a glance instead of juggling a diary, a spreadsheet and a separate range book.
We are a hybrid club with members and visitors. Is that a problem?
That is exactly who this is built for. Members and green-fee visitors sit side by side on one tee sheet, each on the right price, with light-touch membership for your members and guest checkout for your visitors.
Can we keep our handicapping and competitions software?
Yes. We do the booking, payments and membership side and run alongside whatever WHS and competitions software you already use. There is nothing to rip out to get started.
How do we take card payments at the counter?
You can take card or cash at the counter and add it straight to the tee sheet, alongside your online bookings. Card payments are a flat 1 percent plus Stripe fees, whether taken online or at the counter.
