Yes. Every sale you ring up, card or cash, drops straight onto the day's takings, split by payment type. The figure the treasurer asks for is already worked out, and you can export it for the accountant.
Do I need separate till hardware?
No. The golf POS runs in a browser on a laptop, tablet or the computer you already have at the counter. To take card in person you add a Stripe reader, and that is it. There is no bespoke till system to buy and no per-terminal charge.
Do members have to pay a green fee each time?
No. Members can be set to play on their membership rather than paying a green fee, while visitors pay the visitor rate. The counter knows the difference, so the starter is not chasing members for money they do not owe.
