Payments
Takethemoneyatthecounter,inseconds
Ring up a green fee, take card or cash, and hand over the scorecard. No fiddly screens, no surprises, and never a commission on your green fees.
At the counter
Ring up a green fee in seconds
A walk-on comes in, you tap the rate, take the money, done. The register is built for the pro shop counter, not a spreadsheet.
- Pick the green fee, add a cart or a basket of balls, and total it in a couple of taps
- Take card on the reader or cash in the drawer, whatever the golfer has on them
- Split a foursome across separate payments without it turning into a math problem
- Email or print a receipt when someone asks, skip it when they do not
Online
Card payments online, powered by Stripe
When a golfer books a tee time on your website, they pay right then through Stripe. The money lands in your bank, the tee sheet marks it paid.
- Take the green fee up front so no-shows stop costing you
- Money settles straight to your own Stripe account, not ours
- Card details never touch your shop, so the security side is Stripe's job not yours
- Refund a cancellation in a couple of taps when you need to
Payments need a free Stripe account. We help you connect it.
Pricing
A flat 1%, never a cut of your green fees
On payments you take through the software we charge 1% plus the standard Stripe processing fee. That is it. We do not take a commission on your bookings the way GolfNow does.
- 1% plus Stripe's fee on money you process, published and predictable
- No booking commission, so a full tee sheet does not mean a bigger bill
- Cash you take in the drawer costs you nothing
- No setup fee and no per-terminal charge to take card at the counter
Reporting
Daily revenue that adds up at the end of play
Close the day and see exactly what came in, by card and by cash, green fees and everything else. The figure your bookkeeper asks for is already worked out.
- A clear daily total split by card, cash and payment type
- Reconcile the cash drawer against the system without a calculator
- See green fees, memberships and pro shop sales side by side
- Export the numbers for your accounting whenever you need them
Why it helps
Moneyin,sorted,everyday
Less time at the register, fewer mistakes, and a number you can trust at close.
Card or cash
Take whatever the golfer has. Card on the reader, cash in the drawer, both totaled the same way.
Fast at the counter
A green fee is a few taps, not a hunt through menus. The line keeps moving on a busy Saturday.
Flat 1%, no commission
One percent plus Stripe on payments, and never a cut of your green fees. The cost is published, not buried.
Secure by Stripe
Card payments run through Stripe, so card data stays off your machines and the compliance is handled for you.
Daily revenue
End the day with a clear total by card and cash. The figure your owner or board wants is ready and waiting.
Booking marked paid
Pay at the counter or online and the tee sheet updates itself. No double entry, no guessing who has settled.
Questionsaboutpayments
Do you take a commission on green fees?
No. We charge a flat 1% plus the standard Stripe fee on payments you process through the software, and nothing on cash. We do not take a percentage of your bookings the way GolfNow does.
What card reader do I need?
Payments run through Stripe, so you can use a Stripe card reader at the counter. If you already take card another way you can still record cash and other payments in the system and keep your revenue in one place.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your own Stripe account and on to your course's bank, on Stripe's normal payout schedule. The money does not pass through us.
Can I take cash as well as card?
Yes. Record cash sales in the same screen as card, and the daily revenue report keeps them separate so the drawer reconciles cleanly.
What happens if a golfer wants a refund?
You can refund a payment in a couple of taps. The booking and your revenue update to match, so the figures stay right.
Do members have to pay each time?
No. Members can be set to play on their membership rather than paying a green fee, while walk-ons pay the public rate. The counter knows the difference.
