What happens to a booking if the payment fails?
If a card payment does not go through, the tee time is not held and the booking is not confirmed. You never end up with an unpaid slot blocking your sheet. The golfer is told the payment did not complete and can try again.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You keep the whole green fee on every booking. We charge a published monthly price, plus 1 percent and Stripe's fee on payments you take online. There is never a cut on the booking itself.
