Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You keep the whole green fee on every booking. We charge a published monthly price, plus 1% and Stripe's fee on payments you actually take online. There is no cut on the booking itself.
Can I stop people booking certain times?
Yes. You can open or close any time or day, hold back tee times for tournaments, outings and members, and block the course for maintenance. Online booking only ever shows what you have made available.
Do golfers have to pay when they book?
That is up to you. You can take the green fee up front to reduce no-shows, let people pay at the counter when they arrive, or mix the two depending on the time and the type of golfer.
Will members get their own rates?
Yes. Members sign in and automatically see member pricing, while visitors see your green fees. You set the rates and the rules.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The booking page works on phones, tablets and desktops, so golfers can book wherever they are.
