Can I keep one member list with categories?
Yes. Every member sits on one list, and you split them into categories such as full, country, junior and social. Each category carries its own subscription fee and playing rate. You can sort or search the list by category, renewal date or who has paid their subs.
Can I split members into categories like full, country, junior and social?
Yes, and you are not limited to those. Use the categories your club already runs - five-day, country, junior, social, life member, whatever they are. Set the sub and the green-fee rate for each one. A member's rate then follows their category wherever they book.
How do renewals and subscriptions work through Stripe?
You set each category's fee once. Stripe then collects the sub on the member's renewal date and repeats it each year. It runs on its own, with no chasing by hand. The charge is a flat 1 percent plus Stripe's own fees. There is no booking commission, and no cut taken from your subs.
Can I collect subs by direct debit or recurring card?
Yes. Members can pay their subs by direct debit or a recurring card, through Stripe. Either way, it is collected automatically on the renewal date. You can see at a glance who is set up, who has paid and who still owes.
Can members book and pay online with their member rate applied automatically?
Yes. When a member books on your own website, the system knows their category and shows their rate straight away. There is no discount to work out at the counter. They book and pay 24/7, and the tee time lands on the tee sheet with no re-keying.
How easy is it to migrate our existing membership data?
Easy - we do most of the work. Send us an export from your current membership software, or the spreadsheet you keep now. We map your columns to categories, rates and renewal dates. We check the import with you before it goes live, so no member is missed or counted twice. Your existing renewal dates carry over, so subs pick up from where they are.
Do you take a booking commission on memberships or subs?
No. We never take a booking commission, and never take a cut of your subs or green fees. Payments run at a flat 1 percent plus Stripe's own fees. That is the same published price you see on the website, whether it is a sub, a member booking or a visitor round.
