What is a tee sheet in golf?
A tee sheet is the running list of who is playing and when, laid out by tee time. It is the sheet your pro shop works from. Members, green-fee visitors, societies and comps all sit in tee-time order, so the counter and the first tee know who is out. Ours keeps that list on one screen and updates it live as bookings come in.
Can I put members, visitors and the range on one tee sheet?
Yes. Members, green-fee visitors, range sessions and buggy hire all sit on one tee sheet. Each is colour-coded so the counter tells them apart, with the right price applied. There is no separate range book or visitor diary to keep in step.
Can I drag and move bookings on the tee sheet?
Yes. Pick a booking up and drop it on a new time or a different tee. The players and any payment move with it. The old slot opens again straight away, online and at the counter. There is no retyping and no phone call to rearrange things.
How do I block time for competitions, comps and societies?
Select the slots, or a whole morning, and block them. Use it for the Saturday medal, a society day, greens maintenance or frost. Blocked times come off online booking instantly. No visitor can book over your competition, and the tee sheet and website never disagree.
Does it stop double-booking of the same slot?
It does. The tee sheet is the single record for the day. The moment a slot is taken, online or at the counter, it closes everywhere. Two golfers cannot end up on the same tee time. That is the usual risk when a website and a paper diary are kept apart.
Can the pro shop see the whole day at a glance?
Yes. One screen shows every booking in tee-time order, members and visitors, paid and unpaid, with quiet gaps easy to spot. The counter reads member and green-fee numbers for the day. It can print a morning sheet for the starter and see the takings without adding anything up by hand.
Do you charge commission on tee sheet bookings?
No. There is no booking commission and no cut of your green fees. Online booking and the tee sheet are included in your plan. If you take a card payment against a booking, it is a flat 1 percent plus Stripe's fees. That is the only charge.
