Can members pay by autopay?
Yes. Members can pay their dues by autopay through Stripe, either in one go or in monthly installments. You set the plan price and renewal date, and renewals run on their own.
What about members who pay by check or bank transfer?
Add them as members and mark how they paid. They get member pricing and a renewal date just like everyone else, and you can move them onto autopay at their next renewal when it suits.
Can different plans get different green fees or free rounds?
Yes. Each plan has its own member green fee, and you can give a plan a set number of free tee times a week. The correct price applies automatically when a member books or you check them in.
What does it cost to take payments?
It is 1 percent plus the standard Stripe fee on payments you take, published up front. There is no booking commission, so you keep your green fee income.
Do we have to move everyone over at once?
No. You can record members who still pay you outside the system and switch them over at their own renewal. The member list is right from day one either way.
