Can members and public players book on the same tee sheet?
Yes. Members and green-fee players sit on one tee sheet, each shown clearly with the right price. You see the whole day on one screen instead of juggling separate logs.
How do I block tee times for a tournament or maintenance?
Select the times, or a whole morning, and block them. Blocked times come off online booking right away, so no one can book over your tournament or your greens work.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. There is no booking commission. Online booking is included in your plan. If you take a card payment at the counter it is 1 percent plus Stripe's fees, and that is the only charge.
Can I take payment at the counter?
Yes. Take a card payment against any booking on the tee sheet, whether it was booked online or added as a walk-in. It is logged against the day's sales automatically.
Will it print a morning sheet for the first tee?
Yes. Print a clean morning sheet showing who is out and when, so your starter has everything on paper at the tee.
Is it easier to use than what we have now?
That's the aim. The tee sheet is plain and quick, built for the pro shop counter rather than a corporate office. Anyone who can use a phone can run the day on it.
