Founding-course pricing: join a walkthrough and we lock in your rate while you are with us, with no booking commission. Prices exclude sales tax.
Where the big networks take a cut, we do not
No booking commission. Just 1% plus Stripe on payments.
Your monthly price is the price. We never take a slice of your green fees, so a busy summer puts more in your register, not ours.
- Zero commission on bookings. The big tee-time networks like GolfNow and EZLinks can take around a quarter of every green fee. We take none.
- Online payments run through Stripe. We add a flat 1 percent on top of Stripe's own fee, and that is it.
- Card and cash taken at the pro shop cost you nothing extra on our side.
- Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
Worked example: a $50 green fee paid online costs you 50 cents to us plus Stripe's fee. On a commission tee sheet at 25 percent, the same booking could cost you $12.50.

How am I billed?
One flat monthly fee for your plan, by ACH or card. Payment fees on online bookings (1 percent plus Stripe) come out of those transactions, so there is nothing extra to pay us at month end. Prices exclude sales tax.
Is there a long contract?
No long lock-in. It is simple monthly pricing and you can leave with 30 days notice. We would rather earn your renewal each month than tie you in.
What counts as my course size?
We go by the number of holes you book. A 9-hole course or a driving range is Starter, a standard 18-hole course is Club, and 27 holes or more, or a busy resort, is Pro. If you are not sure which fits, tell us about your course and we will point you to the right one. No upsell.
What are the payment fees, exactly?
On online payments we charge a flat 1 percent, plus Stripe's standard processing fee, which Stripe publishes. We never take a commission on green fees or bookings. Cash and card taken at the pro shop cost nothing extra from us.
Can you move us off our current system?
Yes. When you switch from a system like Lightspeed Golf, foreUP or Teesnap, we import your tee sheet and member records so you are not starting from scratch. On the Pro plan onboarding and migration are included, and we will help founding courses across whatever plan they are on.
Will the price go up later?
Founding courses that join during a walkthrough keep the rate they sign up on for as long as they stay with us. If we add new plans or features, your price does not jump because of it.
