What it gives you

One sheet for the day
The tee sheet your team already works from, kept right without anyone retyping it.
Paid and unpaid at a glance
See who still owes a green fee before they reach the first tee, not after they have gone.
Card and cash side by side
Sales split by how they were paid, so closing out at the end of the day matches the register.
Online versus counter
Know what came in through online booking and what was taken at the counter, on one view.
Any day, any time
Look back at yesterday, last weekend or the holiday and see exactly what came in.
Members and visitors apart
Green-fee income and member activity kept separate, so the board gets a straight answer.
Questions
Commonquestionsaboutreporting
Can I print the tee sheet?
Yes. Print it for the pro shop or keep it on screen. It updates as bookings change, so a reprint is always current.
Does it separate card and cash?
It does. Daily sales are split by card and cash, and by online versus counter, so closing out matches what is in the register.
Can I see who has not paid yet?
Yes. Every booking shows paid or unpaid, so you can spot an outstanding green fee before the group tees off.
Can I look at past days?
Pick any date and see the tee sheet and sales for it. Useful for checking a busy weekend or a holiday after the fact.
Are members and visitors reported separately?
They are. Green-fee income and member activity are broken out, so it is easy to report green-fee sales to the board.
Do I need to export to a spreadsheet?
No. The totals are worked out for you. If you want the numbers elsewhere you can take them, but you do not have to add anything up by hand.
