Green fees

Sellgreenfeesonlineandatthecounter

Take public bookings on your own website, then check them in and take payment in the pro shop. You set the prices, you keep the money. No booking commission, ever.

One green fee, two ways to book

Guests book a tee time online and pay up front, or show up and pay at the counter. Both land on the same tee sheet, so the pro shop always sees who is coming and what they owe.

  • Online booking on your own site, open 24 hours a day
  • Take card or cash at the counter in a couple of taps
  • Walk-ins and outings added straight to the tee sheet
  • Every booking and payment in one place, not two systems

Your prices, your rules

Set public pricing the way your course actually charges. Weekday and weekend rates, twilight, off-season green fees, nine or eighteen holes, outing rates and cart add-ons. Change them whenever you like.

  • Different rates for weekday, weekend and twilight
  • Seasonal and off-season pricing without a phone call to support
  • Nine-hole, eighteen-hole and outing rates
  • Add carts, rental clubs and range balls to the booking

Keep the green fee. Pay no commission.

Tee-time marketplaces can take around 25 percent of every green fee. We do not. You keep 100 percent of the fee, minus 1 percent plus standard Stripe card fees on the payments you take. That is it, and the price is published.

  • No commission on bookings, period
  • 1 percent plus Stripe on payments you take online
  • Money goes to your Stripe account, paid out to you
  • Pricing published on the site, no hidden cuts

Greenfeequestions

Do you take a commission on green fees?

No. You keep 100 percent of the green fee. On payments you take online we charge 1 percent plus standard Stripe card fees, and that price is published. We never take a cut of a booking.

Can guests pay at the counter instead of online?

Yes. Take card or cash in the pro shop and check the player in on the tee sheet. Walk-ins and outing groups can be added on the spot.

Can I set different prices for weekdays and weekends?

Yes. Set weekday, weekend, twilight, seasonal and outing rates, and add extras like carts and range balls. You change them yourself whenever you need to.

Where does the money go?

Online payments go into your own Stripe account and are paid out to your bank. The 1 percent plus Stripe fee is the only deduction.

Does this work alongside our members?

Yes. Green fees, member bookings and the tee sheet live in one place, so the pro shop sees guests and members on the same morning sheet.
